Melissa J. Montenes is an associate in Warshaw Burstein’s immigration practice.Ms. Montenes’ experience in immigration law matters includes helping individuals and sponsoring organizations obtain employment-based visas in the Eb1, Eb2, H2b, and O categories, representing family-based visa applicants at adjustment of status, Stokes, and citizenship interviews, and defending both detained and non-detained individuals at all stages of removal proceedings in immigration court.
Ms. Montenes provides essential research and drafting expertise on immigration related motions, briefs and other litigation filings in immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals and federal district and circuit courts.
