U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will open FY 2027 H-1B cap registration at noon Eastern Time on March 4, 2026. This year, a new weighted lottery system based on OEWS wage levels will give higher-wage positions a greater chance of selection. The online registration process and current filing fee will remain unchanged.
