Immigration: USCIS Premium Processing Fees Increased As Of February 26

02/29/2024
Please note that, as of February 26, the USCIS Premium Processing fee has increased from $2,500 to $2,805 if requesting E-1, E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-3, L (including blanket L-1), O, P, or TN nonimmigrant classification, as well as Form I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker. Premium Processing Forms I-907 postmarked on or after February 26, 2024 with the old filing fee will be rejected and returned with the filing fee. Furthermore, starting April 26, 2024, USCIS will only accept the Form I-907 02/26/24 edition for processing. For more information, the USCIS adjusted fees table provides a breakdown of the forms subjected to the new Premium Processing fee according to form number (e.g. Form I-129, I-140, etc.).
